We have helped Iowans design the home of their dreams for almost 20 years. Unlike many in the industry, we have been on both the construction and design side of building a custom home.
Our History
Riesberg Group Design started in a basement full of dreams in 2007. The one man show was run by Kevin Riesberg, owner and drafter. He grew up on a farm right outside of Carroll, Iowa where he worked many hours in construction. He saw first hand what went into building a house. From there, Kevin set his eyes designing. He started as a truss designer working on commercial and residential projects around Iowa. He wanted to help bring people’s ideas to life.
After attending Iowa Western Community College for architectural drafting, he entered the drafting industry. He worked full-time for a local drafting company for almost 20 years, while running Riesberg Group Design on the side. In 2020, as the world was shifting, Kevin quit his full-time job. He took Riesberg Group Design full-time and loves being able to spend more time with family.
Today, Riesberg Group Design continues to live out its mission of designing dreams with quality service, communication and expertise. As a custom design, draft and 3D rendering company, we love being in the business of making your dreams a reality.
